We're Hiring: Performance Marketer (Google & Meta Ads Specialist)

Salary: Starting from PKR 40,000+ (Based on experience & campaign results)

Are you a data-driven performance marketer who lives and breathes ads? At IPG Digital, we're on the hunt for a conversion-focused specialist who knows how to scale campaigns and generate real ROI across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Expertise in Meta Ads (Pixel, CAPI, Retargeting, WhatsApp Ads)

Strong understanding of sales funnels, ad tags/events, and CRO

Ability to analyze data and optimize for high ROAS & low CPL

Creative + analytical mindset — obsessed with performance metrics

Based in Lahore and available to work on-site
