We are seeking a highly skilled Google Business Profile (Local SEO) Expert to manage, optimize, and enhance our clients' (or company's) Google Business Profiles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding oflocal SEO, GMB best practices, and reputation management, ensuring maximum visibility, engagement, and conversions from Google Search and Maps.

Key Responsibilities:

GMB Profile Setup & Optimization:

  • Create, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients.
  • Ensure accurateNAP (Name, Address, Phone Number)consistency across all platforms.
  • Write compelling business descriptions, select appropriate categories, and add high-quality photos/videos.

Local SEO Strategy:

  • Implementlocal SEO tacticsto improve rankings in Google Maps and local search results.
  • Managekeywords, attributes, and service areasfor better visibility.
  • Monitor and respond toGoogle reviews to improve online reputation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs (click-through rates, conversions, engagement), and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide monthly reports on GMB performance and recommendations for improvement.

Google Posts & Q&A Management:

  • Schedule and publishGoogle Posts(updates, offers, events) to boost engagement.
  • Monitor and respond tocustomer questionson Google My Business (GMB) profiles.
  • Research competitor GMB profiles to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated withGoogle's algorithm changesand adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Troubleshooting & Compliance:
  • Resolvesuspensions, verification issues, or duplicate listings.
  • Ensure compliance withGoogle's guidelinesto avoid penalties.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experiencemanaging Google My Business profiles (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding oflocal SEO, Google Maps ranking factors, and review management.
  • Familiarity withGMB tools(BrightLocal, Semurch Local) is a plus.
  • Excellentanalytical skills(Google Analytics, Search Console, GMB Insights).
  • Strongcommunication skillsfor client interactions and reputation management.
  • Ability to work independently and stay updated withGoogle's latest updates.

Job Timing:

Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
