Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive for Medical Billing, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping expand our portfolio of medical billing services. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, focusing on medical billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Drive the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, pitch services, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on both client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends, contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the medical billing, healthcare, or revenue cycle management industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards (HIPAA, ICD-10, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in making outbound calls for lead generation and business development.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
