Role Description

This full-time Team Lead Operations (BPO) role at Abacus is an on-site position located in Lahore. The Team Lead Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing analytical processes, leading and developing the team, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
