Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate located in the Karachi Division. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing exemplary customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product knowledge. Daily tasks include engaging with customers in a professional manner, understanding customer needs, stocking shelves, and managing product displays to enhance sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and manage product displays to optimize sales opportunities
Qualifications
  • Product knowledge and retail sales skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience and skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Business or related fields is a plus
