Business Developer Executive (local Market)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. As a Business Developer Executive for local markets, you will be responsible for expanding our business and creating sales opportunities in new markets. You will identify, analyze and develop new business opportunities and build a long-term relationship with customers. Candidate must be proficient in using LinkedIn, and generating good revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on local markets to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to develop effective business strategies.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through effective communication channels.
  • Present our company's products/services and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of local clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for international markets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year' experience in sales and business development in a local setting and with marketing agencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and close deals.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to different cultural nuances, business practices, and social traditions.
  • Knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and regulations of local markets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
