Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the preparation and reconciliation of financial data and assist in developing insightful financial reports. This role plays a critical part in enabling informed decision-making by delivering forward-looking financial analysis, trend-based forecasts, and actionable business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen in financial systems and digital analytics, with experience in dynamic financial markets such as Forex, Crypto, and CFDs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Excel and SAP Business Objects.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and departmental cost reporting.
  • Create and deliver KPI dashboards and cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance across the customer journey/funnel to identify and size opportunities.
  • Support long-term budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis for actual vs. budgeted figures by business unit and cost center.
  • Reconcile data across all inputs and maintain control over financial ledgers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven financial decision-making.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP Business One and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Forex markets, including currency trading, leverage, and risk management.
  • Exposure to cryptocurrency trading platforms and blockchain fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CFD trading, including pricing models and regulatory aspects.
  • Ability to apply technical and fundamental analysis in market evaluation.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements, including AML/KYC and risk disclosures.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
