We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead our e-books marketing and distribution campaign from initiation through execution. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys turning ideas into actionable strategies, and is eager to develop expertise in sales strategy and execution.

No prior sales experience is necessary; however, the ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and become proficient in campaign metrics, customer engagement, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead our e-books marketing and distribution campaign from initiation through execution. Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end e-book marketing and distribution campaigns.
  • Coordinate activities and workflows across content creation, graphic design, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Establish timelines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach.
  • Identify and explore potential sales opportunities based on campaign insights.
  • Continuously develop skills in digital sales methodologies, conversion strategies, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, campaign coordination, or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Growth mindset with genuine interest in learning digital marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and positive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-book publishing, digital marketing campaigns, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
  • Background in startup environments or other fast-paced, creative settings.
