Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Role Overview:

This hybrid role blends strategic marketing with hands-on sales execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns while also managing key client relationships, institutional sales, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for book promotions and campaigns.
  • Execute institutional and retail sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand customer base in schools, libraries, and bookstores.
  • Attend and represent Paramount at book fairs, expos, and educational events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in publishing, education, or FMCG).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
