Job Description:

Kodifly is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Specialist to enhance our digital presence and lead generation efforts. This role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving sales growth in the infrastructure and spatial intelligence sectors.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and experience in client-facing roles within the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to establish Kodifly's presence in key regions.

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, consultative selling, stakeholder engagement, and deal closure.

  • Build and refine account-based sales strategies to target system integrators, maintenance companies, and industry partners.

Consultative Sales & Client Relationship Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business challenges, and decision-making processes to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Cultivate long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, infrastructure operators, and system integrators.

  • Conduct high-impact meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close complex, high-value deals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Kodifly's offerings with data-driven insights and ROI-focused discussions.

Industry & Product Expertise

  • Develop deep domain expertise in smart infrastructure, geospatial technologies, and digital twin solutions.

  • Use market trends and competitive insights to position Kodifly's solutions effectively.

  • Deliver compelling product demos, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for decision-makers.

  • Support RFP/tender responses and contribute to technical sales proposals when required.

Sales Strategy, Operations & Reporting

  • Own and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and optimize deal progress.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to refine sales messaging and positioning.

  • Stay ahead of industry developments, attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance Kodifly's visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in an IT product-based or B2B technology company.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a tech or start-up environment.

  • Knowledge of the infrastructure, spatial intelligence, or related fields.
