Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience with cold calling in the software industry, and excellent communication skills. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to drive our growth by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the software and technology industry.
- Identify client needs and present Devsecta's website development and marketing services as tailored solutions.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling within the software or technology industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
