Manager (GSPA)

MBA with at least 04 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Oil and Gas or the Public Sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Review the technical aspects of Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements and Gas Transportation Agreements, providing input to the supervisor.
2. Coordinate with E&P Companies to seek their input, comments, or observations on draft agreements.
3. Coordinate with technical/relevant departments within the organization for feedback on the agreement terms, under the guidance of the supervisor.
4. Ensure compliance with prevailing petroleum policies, rules, directives, SROs, etc., prescribed by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and other government authorities in GSPA matters.
5. Identify changes in draft agreements and ensure proper implementation of recommended actions.
6. Monitor the approval process for acceptance of EWT and Commercial Gas volumes during and after the EWT phase.
7. Guide team members in responding to clarifications/queries raised by OGRA, MoE, and other authorities.
8. Respond to queries from government auditors or internal/external audits regarding GSPA, GTA, and related documents.
9. Prepare updates for the Board on progress regarding GSPA, GTA, and related action points.
10. Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
