Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 Years of experience as HIGH PERFORMING CLOSER on Upwork & Related Platforms
- Need to have a strong understanding of CMS Development (WordPress, Shopify, WIX, WebFlow) Processes
- Need to have a strong understanding of UX/UI Designs & Design Processes
- Having good knowledge & understanding of Mobile Applications Sales, Custom Software & Desktop Applications is a plus
- Must be able to Train, Manage & Lead a Team of Business Development Executives
- Must have a Strong Analytical & Problem solving Approach
- Must have a Strong understanding of Sales Process & Sales Projections
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Strong Team Management Skills i.e Managing Business Development Agents
-Build a Solid Sales Pipeline & Plans to achieve Monthly Targets
-Utilize your expertise to drive Sales growth for our Web Design, Development Services & UI/UX
-Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients, leveraging your in-depth knowledge to maximize opportunities.
-Demonstrate a strong understanding of web design and development concepts, particularly in WordPress and Wix, to effectively communicate with clients.
-Cater to diverse client needs by showcasing your knowledge of mobile app development trends and technologies.
-Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through self-motivation, ambition, and a proven track record.
-Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location: : Judicial Colony Phase 1, (Near Thokar & Expo Centre) Lahore
Shift: 3rd Shift/Night Shift (8:00 PM to 05:00 AM)
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent (Onsite)
Salary: Competitive with growth opportunities
Starting from 100K- 150k PKR + performance-based incentives + uncapped commission
