Job Description & Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage orders and coordinate operations related to labels, hand tags, patches, badges, trims, and other garment accessories. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, specifically in trims, accessories, and labeling
• Strong understanding of sampling, approvals, vendor coordination, and production monitoring
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, including client handling and professional email correspondence (Gmail)
• Ability to multi-task, manage timelines, and work under pressure
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma in Textile Merchandising or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communications with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution
• Handle sampling, approvals, and ensure timely follow-ups for quality deliveries
• Prepare accurate cost sheets, quotations, and maintain updated shipment records
• Support product development through market trend research and buyer feedback
• Resolve production or order issues proactively and ensure seamless workflow
