At a leading textile company, we are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to oversee order management and coordinate operations related to labels, trims, patches, badges, and garment accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communications with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless order execution
  • Coordinate sampling, approvals, and ensure timely follow-ups for quality deliveries
  • Prepare accurate cost sheets, quotations, and maintain updated shipment records
  • Support product development through market trend research and buyer feedback analysis
  • Resolve production or order issues proactively to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, specifically in trims, accessories, and labeling
  • Strong understanding of sampling, approvals, vendor coordination, and production monitoring
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, including client handling and professional email correspondence
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under pressure
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma in Textile Merchandising or a related field
