Job Title: JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Company: Soft Sow (Pvt) Limited

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Layout: Produce attractive and useful visual assets, such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, flyers, posters, and brochures.
  2. Enhance and modify photos to increase their aesthetic impact and maintain brand coherence.
  3. Brand Adherence: Uphold the brand guidelines to ensure that all design elements are consistent with the company's messaging and identity.
  4. Work closely with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to come up with and implement design ideas that satisfy project objectives.
  5. Research: Stay current on market trends and design best practices to include creative ideas into your work.
  6. Participate actively in design critiques, take note of helpful criticism, and incorporate it into your changes.
  7. Time management: Coordinate several design projects at once, adhere to deadlines, and assign jobs efficiently.
  8. Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) with dedication and enthusiasm.

Job Specification
