Vertex IT Solution is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content strategy, audience engagement, performance analytics, and campaign execution to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
  4. Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing posts, videos, and stories.
  5. Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  6. Leverage trending topics and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
  7. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong customer relationships.
  8. Manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback professionally.
  9. Foster engagement through polls, contests, and interactive campaigns.
  10. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  11. Optimize ad targeting, budgets, and creatives to improve ROI.
  12. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  13. Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
  14. Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.
  15. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
  16. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for campaigns.
  17. Manage influencer relationships and track campaign performance.
  18. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure brand alignment.
  19. Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  20. Experiment with new content formats and engagement strategies.
  21. Continuously refine the social media approach for better audience impact.

Key Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  3. Technical Skills:
  4. Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube marketing.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  6. Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid social media advertising.
  7. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma).
  8. Soft Skills:
  9. Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  11. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in e-commerce or B2B/B2C marketing.
  2. Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing.
  3. Certification in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Social Media Marketing is a plus.
