You'll be our on‑camera storyteller, meme‑smith, and community concierge. Expect to ideate, script, shoot, and edit thumb‑stopping videos with Gen‑AI tools and keep prospects chatting in Slack, Discord, and Reddit. Success looks like a fast‑growing follower base, active channel conversations, and a steady stream of demo requests attributed to community touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Aim to produce 3–4 AI-assisted videos per week with strong engagement.
Manage and grow GoCustomer's presence across Slack, Discord, and Reddit. This includes starting daily threads, hosting AMA sessions, and maintaining a quick response time (under 2 hours).
Craft brand-aligned copy for captions, comments, and newsletter blurbs. Maintain a tone that's light-hearted yet data-savvy.
Build and manage GoCustomer's reputation on review platforms like Trustpilot and G2. Focus on acquiring authentic reviews and establishing credibility.
Monitor conversations and trends across social platforms to identify customer pain points, questions, and memes. Share insights weekly with the Product and Growth teams.
Run growth experiments by testing different hooks, CTAs, posting times, and content formats. Track results and aim for continuous improvement in demo request attribution.

Requirements

Fluent, near‑native English—able to riff pop‑culture jokes and write crisp GTM copy
Proven reel/shorts portfolio that shows humour, storytelling, & quick edits
Hands-on with AI video/audio or design tools (e.g., text‑to‑video, voice cloning)
Comfortable being on camera (you'll often be the face/voice)
Self‑starter: can own a content calendar end‑to‑end without hand‑holding
Data curious—track what works, iterate fast

Experience

0–3 yrs experience in social media, community, or creator roles

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
