This position is responsible for product inspection and submitting inspection results, dealing with findings, and other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-shipment inspection by preparing the inspection procedure and documents according to Medline's request and schedule, inspect products, conclude inspection results, submit inspection reports, and share with relevant persons in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and detailed information and evidence to corporate division QA and stakeholders for lot rejection/questions within the same day of inspection.
  • Identify risks related to quality discrepancies and provide suggestions to the supervisor or manager in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide constructive suggestions or bring errors of the procedure/products to divisional QA/PM to optimize the inspection process and improve efficiency.
  • Follow company policy and requirements to complete related documents such as expense reports and performance reviews in a timely manner.
  • Be flexible to accept work arrangement changes when needed.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education level: College degree or above.
  • Working experience: 1 year or more of quality control experience with quality sense. Medical device industry experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, personality, and team spirit.
  • Detail-oriented and honest.
  • Strong willingness to learn new knowledge and self-learning skills.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel.
  • Knowledge of quality measuring tools and sampling plans is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Good English ability for reading and writing required.
