Responsibilities:

  • Make & set the targets of all sales representatives.
  • Assign targets to each sales representative according to their circle.
  • Responsible for all sales operations.
  • Define and organize all marketing events.
  • Finalize Distribution Network for creating advantage of geographical distribution.
  • Route Development for reduction of cost and enhancing efficiency.
  • Liaising between customer, suppliers and company.
  • Developing dealer and distribution network.
  • Monitoring & aligning all stock movement.
  • Finalizing transporter's agreement/Contracts/freight & bills.
  • Supporting and facilitating sales force to meet their targets.
Job Specification

Educational Requirement:
- BS/BA degree in a business related function
- MBA (concentration in Sales & Marketing preferred)
