Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, strategic partnerships, and referrals.
  2. Sales Execution: Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, while expertly demonstrating ERP solutions like Zoho and their business value.
  3. Customer Relationship Development: Establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and tailor Zoho solutions to meet their specific needs.
  4. Territory Management: Strategically plan and execute sales activities, maximizing market penetration and achieving growth targets.
  5. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records within the ERP system.
  6. Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and ERP like Zoho product advancements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of proven sales experience within a technology or SaaS environment, preferably with CRM focus.
  3. Demonstrated success in a hunter role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Fluency in Urdu, Punjabi. Fluency in English is a Plus.
  6. Self-starter attitude with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  7. Proficient in the use of any CRM and other sales productivity tools.
  8. Zoho Platform product awareness trainings will be provided to successful candidates.
