As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the organic search visibility and driving targeted traffic to our website through effective search engine optimization strategies. Your primary focus will be on implementing on-page and technical SEO techniques, conducting keyword research, and monitoring website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

On-page Optimization: Optimize website content, structure, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking.

Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant target keywords and phrases. Analyze search volume, competition, and user intent to develop keyword strategies for content optimization.

Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content development. Provide recommendations for optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and other on-page elements.

Technical SEO Analysis: Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues that may impact search visibility. This includes analyzing site architecture, URL structure, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical factors.

SEO Performance Monitoring: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Link Building: Support link building initiatives by identifying quality link opportunities, conducting outreach, and building relationships with relevant websites and influencers.

SEO Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in SEO to drive innovative strategies and techniques.

Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Utilize competitive insights to refine SEO strategies and improve search rankings.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing teams, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of website development and content creation.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).

Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO software.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
