About Us:

Devline Solutions is a growing tech company based in Lahore, specializing in custom software, web/mobile development, and AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to help us grow our client base through freelancing platforms, email campaigns, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Craft effective proposals and bids tailored to client requirements on freelance platforms.
  • Run targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored software and digital solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Maintain CRM tools and track outreach performance and lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new potential markets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT).
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and email marketing tools is a must.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
