Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator (GC) with hands-on experience in U.S.-based construction estimation to lead cost evaluations for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and take-off methodologies, with a strong track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed material take-offs and estimates based on project specifications and drawings.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate bid

submissions.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through design and constructability analysis.
  • Manage RFIs and compile comprehensive bid proposals for general contracting (GC) and MEP trades.
  • Evaluate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Maintain a "Lessons Learned" database to support continuous improvement in estimation processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US-based estimation.
  • Expertise in handling General Contracting (GC) and MEP trades.
  • Proficiency in tools like PlanSwift, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills to thrive under deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Project management and supervision skills will be a strong plus.
