A North American based Company is looking for Sr. Estimator (MEP) with at least 1 years' experience in US estimation industry. As a Sr. Estimator (MEP), will be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing and submitting accurate estimates for the United States Market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete understanding of the plans, riser diagrams and all the associated concepts.
  • Must have a good command over all the CSI Divisions
  • Evaluates all quotes and proposals to ensure compliance with the scope of work.
  • Understand, develop, and compile high-level cost estimates for multiple projects.
  • Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Assists with generating and organizing final proposal deliverables for submission.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
  • 1 years of relevant experience in US based Projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific takeoff software such as Plan Swift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.
  • Complete understanding of the CSI divisions from 22-26 and all the associated concepts.
  • Candidates must also have strong computer skills and be proficient with estimating software.
  • Must have general working knowledge and understanding of all types of construction planning/specifications that may apply to the projects undertaken.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Should be able to work in Night shift (6pm-3am).
