Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – PKR 50,000 + (Uncapped Commission)

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business through cold calling and deal closing. You will be trained extensively on our services, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies. No prior qualifications are required—what matters most is your grit, wit, and excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients in target markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Understand and articulate NextWave's logistics services effectively.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into closed deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.
Job Specification (JS) – Sales Executive Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior qualifications needed—we prioritize drive, resilience, and results.
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written) – MUST.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, Excel, emails).
- Prior sales/cold calling experience is a plus but not mandatory (extensive training will be provided).
