This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager located in Lahore. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's affiliate marketing programs. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to increase affiliate engagement, executing marketing campaigns, tracking sales, and optimizing performance to meet sales targets. The role involves direct communication with affiliate partners to foster strong relationships and ensure effective collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with top of funnel menswear fashion publishers and affiliates.
  • Build and scale affiliate partnerships with publishers, influencers, and content creators in the US.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, traffic, and conversion goals.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative and performance teams for tailored campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the US digital marketing space.
  • Understand affiliate marketing attribution

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, especially for the US market.
  • Strong network of affiliates or proven experience managing US affiliate programs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Lahore, Pakistan.
