We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of B2C digital marketing experience to own and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for consumer SaaS products, who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
You'll lead campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, manage UGC partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement. ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management- Lead, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and scalable growth.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns innovative and impactful.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets across video, copy, and design.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and emails.
- Identify and manage content creators and influencers to build a steady pipeline of user-generated content (UGC).
- Launch creative content initiatives that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars to educate and engage prospective users.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of events.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to drive performance improvements.
- Use ClickUp (or similar tools) to manage campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a blend of creativity and technical know-how, as well as proficiency in the following tools and platforms:
- HubSpot: CRM and marketing automation
- Canva and Adobe Suite: Design and asset creation
- Zoom Webinars: For hosting live events
- Google Analytics: Campaign performance tracking
- SEO: Strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Figma: Collaborative design tool
- Descript: Video and audio editing
- Hootsuite: Social media scheduling and analytics
- Facebook Ads Manager: Paid social media campaign management
- Go High Level: Lead management and marketing automation
- ClickUp: Task and project management
- ChatGPT (or similar AI tools): For content creation and optimization
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5–8+ years in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization.
- Proven experience in marketing consumer SaaS products, particularly subscription services.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both US and international audiences.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with webinar strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnership strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing platforms to explore new growth opportunities.
