We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and lead our digital advertising efforts toward measurable business growth.

Position Overview:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various Google Ads platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and sales. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving ROI, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing the impact of our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on creating engaging ad visuals and optimizing landing pages.
  • Monitor performance in real-time, analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS), and apply data-driven improvements.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal use of allocated spend.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong performance record.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, paid media, and performance growth.
