The Position:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer - Team Lead to guide our development team in building and enhancing the Web Accounting product. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and experience in full-stack development to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions within set timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers in building the Web Accounting modules.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using .NET and Blazor.
  • Develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET and Blazor.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex development and operational issues, providing efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies, with prior experience in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of integrating applications with legacy systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
