Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to oversee the development of high-quality web, mobile, and backend applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of full-stack development, and proficiency in DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL. They will also oversee mobile application development using React Native and manage cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker.

In addition, they will conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables. They will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure timely delivery. Finally, they will monitor system performance and propose optimizations for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience in React Native for mobile app development.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
