Lead HR Partner-Talent Acquisition at Service Sales CorporationNDURE is seeking a dynamic Channel Development Lead to lead the growth of its UAE sales operations from Head Office in Lahore. This is a strategic & cross-functional role responsible for developing all revenue channels targeting the UAE market — including its website (Ndure.ae), local marketplaces (Noon, Amazon.ae, Namshi), and potential retail or B2B partnerships, with sales growth as the core KPI.
THE ROLE:
- Channel & Marketplace Management: Oversee channel onboarding, pricing, merchandising, promotions, and performance across D2C and marketplace platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience and optimized operations.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive targeted campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives to grow market share and improve retention in the UAE.
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics, customer care) and external partners (warehousing, payments, content creation) to execute UAE market strategies.
RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
- Business graduate with 3–6 years of experience in channel development or e-commerce roles (e.g., Daraz, Shopify, social commerce, or brand-led platforms)
- Exposure to UAE/GCC markets and platforms like Noon and Amazon with experience in UAE-specific calendar campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, White Friday, Eid)
- Strong understanding of digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Reports and Dashboards)
