Job Post – WordPress Developer

Location: Islamabad (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Position: Full-Time

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 / month (based on experience)

Digital Thrive Hub is a fast-growing IT & digital services company working with clients across the UK, EU, US, and Middle East. We specialise in web development, digital marketing, creative solutions, cybersecurity, and automation. We're now expanding our development team and looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join us.

Role Overview

As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customising, and maintaining WordPress websites, landing pages, and plugins. You'll work closely with our SEO, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused websites.

Key Responsibilities

Build and customise WordPress websites, landing pages, and eCommerce stores.

Install, configure, and customise WordPress themes & plugins.

Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimised for speed and SEO.

Implement tracking, forms, and integrations (GA4, GTM, HubSpot, etc.).

Troubleshoot bugs, fix technical issues, and provide ongoing support.

Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver pixel-perfect results.

Maintain site security (SSL, firewalls, updates, backups).

Requirements

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required).

Experience with Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, or custom theme development.

Knowledge of WooCommerce and payment gateway integrations.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and site optimisation.

Experience with Git, staging environments, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience with API integrations.

Knowledge of server/hosting (cPanel, VPS).

Familiarity with website security tools (Wordfence, Cloudflare).

What We Offer
