Job Description:

Programmers Force is currently seeking a talented Graphics/UI Designer who is passionate about crafting visual stories and intuitive user interfaces. If you are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and create impactful designs, we want you on board

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical content into compelling graphics and UI designs.
• Present and defend your design decisions based on your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, layout, typography, user psychology).
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions in terms of graphics.
• Ensure that all designs are visually engaging, effective, and aligned with the brand's visual identity.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that tasks goals and objectives are met.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet the deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field from a reputable university.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other graphics design software.
• Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
• Experience designing assets such as icons, images, and infographics for product interfaces across various platforms including print, digital, and social media.
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve problems.
• Demonstrates initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and be a proactive contributor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
