Title: Python (AI/ML) Developer (Minimum 4+ years experience required)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI/ML Developer with a strong background in building intelligent, scalable systems. You will be responsible for full-stack development, AI model integration, and deploying high-performance applications using cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about leveraging the latest in AI/ML to deliver transformative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain Python (Flask, Django) applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), adhering to best practices and enterprise-grade security standards.
• Develop scalable full-stack applications integrating AI/ML capabilities.
• Build and maintain backend services with Python and frontend UIs using React.js/TypeScript.
• Integrate AI/ML APIs and services including LLMs, generative models, and intelligent automation tools.
• Deploy and manage AI models in production using AWS and GCP services (e.g., SageMaker, GKE, Cloud Run).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prototype features, and deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Write and maintain reusable Python libraries, with strong attention to scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize infrastructure and model deployment workflows using MLOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with AI/ML integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Flask, FastAPI, and/or Django.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, AI model lifecycles, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with RESTful API development, API security best practices, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Good understanding of frontend development with React.js, TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, or transformers.
• Familiarity with LangChain, FAISS, Pinecone, or other vector search/LLM orchestration tools.
• Background in MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and retraining strategies.
• Experience with data engineering tools like PySpark, Apache Beam, SQL, or ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for LLM optimization.
• Exposure to synthetic data generation and data augmentation techniques.
• Experience with Jupyter notebooks for model experimentation and prototyping

Nice to Have

• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Proficiency in visualizations and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Domain experience in sectors like finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
