We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI/ML Team Lead to lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML development, a strong technical background, and leadership abilities to drive innovative AI solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment. Additionally, they will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers.
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.

They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services, research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, and ensure model performance, scalability, and efficiency through continuous improvements.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience in AI/ML development, project leadership, and team management, as well as education in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Programming Languages:

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.

Machine Learning Techniques:

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.

Cloud Platforms:

Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.

MLOps:

Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and automation.

Leadership and Team Management:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
