We are looking for aSenior Cybersecurity GRC Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join our team and lead impactful cybersecurity initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Leadership
  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs for clients.
  • Conduct maturity assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and risk assessments aligned with industry frameworks such asNIST CSF,ISO 27001, and others.
  • Provide strategic advisory on regulatory compliance and oversee audit readiness initiatives.
Enterprise Risk Assessments & Security Strategy
  • Oversee enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments to identify key threats, vulnerabilities, and business risks.
  • Define and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide clients in establishing security roadmaps to improve their security posture and meet compliance mandates.
Cybersecurity Awareness, Training, and Culture Building
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity awareness training programs for diverse audiences, including executives, employees, and technical teams.
  • Conduct executive workshops, phishing simulations, and hands-on training sessions to strengthen security culture.
  • Create customized security awareness campaigns and educational materials tailored to client environments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance awareness programs based on emerging threats and risk trends.
Client Advisory & Strategic Consulting
  • Act as a trusted security advisor to senior leadership, including CISOs, CIOs, and risk officers.
  • Conduct high-level briefings, stakeholder engagements, and security governance reviews.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align cybersecurity, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide organizations through security transformation initiatives, ensuring effective risk management and regulatory alignment.
Reporting, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and present executive-level reports, security dashboards, and compliance roadmaps.
  • Track key security KPIs, measure risk reduction effectiveness, and optimize cybersecurity strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats, compliance updates, and industry trends, advising clients on proactive security improvements.
  • Lead internal process improvements for risk assessments, compliance workflows, and security operations integration.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity GRC, risk management, or compliance roles, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Frameworks: Strong knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such asNIST CSF,ISO 27001,GDPR,HIPAA,PCI-DSS, and others.
  • Risk Management: Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Training: Experience designing and delivering cybersecurity awareness programs and training sessions.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such asCISSP,CISM,CRISC,ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with cloud security frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their security implications (e.g., IoT, AI, Zero Trust).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
