Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js/React.js / Svelte / Node.js)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, full-stack architecture, and software development best practices. You will take ownership of critical projects and work closely with our product, design, and development teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications
  • Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems using Next.js and Svelte
  • Build robust and secure backend services using Node.js
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deploy new features
  • Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices across the team
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery cycles
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
  • Strong expertise in Next.js, Svelte, and Node.js
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello)
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization
