Now we're looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to help us lead the organic growth journey of our clients and our internal brands.

The Role: SEO Specialist

As our Search Engine Optimization Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our organic search strategies, working alongside content creators, developers, paid media teams, and analysts. You'll be managing multiple SEO campaigns from strategy to execution while constantly learning, testing, and improving.

You won't just be optimizing pages—you'll be crafting strategies, uncovering insights, and leading growth initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable results.

What You'll Do

Here's what a week in your life might look like:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple brands and clients across industries.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Plan and implement both on-page and off-page strategies that deliver results.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure best practices are built into every stage of the funnel.

On-Page SEO

• Optimize website pages for maximum visibility and relevance.
• Create and manage structured data, internal linking strategies, and on-page UX optimizations.
• Perform content audits and make actionable recommendations to improve site performance.
• Analyze and improve meta titles, descriptions, header tags, image optimization, etc.

Off-Page SEO

• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat techniques.
• Manage outreach campaigns to bloggers, influencers, and partners for guest posting and PR coverage.
• Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks and protect website health.

Technical SEO

• Conduct SEO audits and fix crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and page speed issues.
• Collaborate with developers on schema markup, site structure, mobile optimization, and technical enhancements.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to maintain site health and performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor organic performance, traffic, bounce rates, rankings, and conversions.
• Provide regular SEO performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive shifts.

What We're Looking For

Here's the ideal profile of our next SEO superstar:

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven success in improving search visibility and traffic
• Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Strong grasp of technical SEO, HTML, and basic web development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Nice-to-Haves:

• Google Certifications (Analytics, Search Ads)
• Experience with eCommerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Basic understanding of CRO and A/B testing
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix
• Some knowledge of AI tools and how they impact SEO today
