As Regional Manager Service Center Operations - Central Region at PakWheels, you'll be responsible for overseeing the launch and expansion of service centers, starting with a pilot in Lahore. You will coordinate with key stakeholders and manage the project, from staff hiring to negotiating with suppliers and creating a supply chain. Your role includes ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the service center, with a focus on sales, margins, and profitability. Eventually, you will oversee the operations of all service centers within the Central region, ensuring timely project completion and successful launches.

Responsibilities:

  1. Heading building and launching of pilot service center in Lahore
  2. Coordinating with all stakeholders for the project, working in the capacity of owner of the project.
  3. Coordinating the hiring of staff for the service center/s.
  4. Creating a supply chain of products and supplies for the service center.
  5. Negotiating the terms and conditions with the suppliers.
  6. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service center.
  7. Expanding service centers in different parts of Lahore and possibly smaller cities.
  8. Eventually looking after the operations of all the service centers coming under the jurisdiction of the Central region.
  9. Accountabilities include but are not limited to timely completion of projects, launching of projects, complete operation of the installations, sales, margins, and profitability.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 6-7 years of related experience.
  2. Basic qualification: BE Engineer and/or business degree.
  3. Project handling skills.
  4. Communication skills.
  5. Retail business experience in the lubricating oil and service industry.
  6. Experience with lube oil marketing companies will be a big plus.
  7. Leadership and team handling skills for both blue-collar and white-collar workers.
