About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead the design, optimization, and protection of our IT landscape. You'll manage high-availability systems, hybrid cloud environments, and modern security frameworks while driving automation and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead infrastructure across on-prem & cloud (Azure, GCP, O365)
  • Manage networks, servers, storage, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Implement & enforce cybersecurity (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, endpoint security)
  • Drive DR, business continuity, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
  • Mentor a team, oversee vendors, and embed automation & AI-powered tools

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure, security & cloud
  • Hands-on with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco), networking, and server platforms
  • Experience in hybrid environments & automation (PowerShell, Ansible, Intune)
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
  • Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, CISSP, ITIL are a plus
