We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Infrastructure and Information Security initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and executing strategies for secure, scalable, and efficient technology operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management programs
  • Establish security protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Manage data center operations and ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
  • Implement infrastructure automation and orchestration strategies to streamline operations

This is a critical role in ensuring the organization's IT assets are safeguarded. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to guide teams and drive strategic planning and budgeting efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and information security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) for security, ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications for IT infrastructure
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities
  • Proficient with tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and backup solutions
