We are seeking a proactive and experienced Amazon & eBay Account Associate (Male) to manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in platform operations, sales strategies, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for product listings, performance tracking, promotions, and account health management.

What you will do
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, SEO).
  • Monitor and maintain account health metrics, including order defect rate, shipping performance, and customer feedback.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising (Amazon PPC / eBay Promoted Listings).
  • Coordinate with warehouse/fulfilment teams to ensure timely order processing and inventory accuracy.
  • Resolve disputes, returns, and customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyse weekly/monthly sales reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Amazon & eBay policies to avoid penalties or suspension.
  • Collaborate with the content and graphic design teams to ensure high-quality visuals and A+ content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon and/or eBay seller accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a competitive marketplace.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with inventory management software and tools (e.g., Helium10, Jungle Scout, Zoho, etc.)
  • Familiarity with international marketplaces (Amazon UK, USA, eBay Global)
  • Knowledge of basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
