Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative (female only) located in Karāchi prefer location near to Gulshan e iqbal. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our real estate projects, answering queries, and managing customer concerns. Daily tasks will include maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 years Experience in Real Estate
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven Customer Service and Customer Support experience
  • Sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Experience in Training and guiding new team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal 13-B
