We are seeking an experiencedIT Security Managerresponsible for managing the organization's network security systems, monitoring security screens, and ensuring the protection of sensitive data. The role focuses on safeguarding our IT infrastructure, detecting potential security threats, and maintaining compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and secure the company's IT networks, protecting systems from cyber threats, breaches, and unauthorized access.

· Design and implement security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

· Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to address risks.

· Monitor security dashboards and tools like SIEM in real-time to detect and respond to potential threats and anomalies.

· Manage incident response, investigating security breaches, and ensuring swift corrective action.

· Ensure compliance with laws and standards, conducting audits and enforcing company-wide security policies.

· Lead and train the IT security team, keeping them updated on the latest security practices.

· Collaborate with network and system administrators, as well as external vendors, to maintain a robust security posture.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on network security and monitoring.

· Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, and security monitoring tools.

· Experience with SIEM tools and network monitoring systems.

· Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
