About the Role:

MnM is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager & Video Editor to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation, understands the dynamics of digital platforms, and has a keen eye for visual storytelling.

You'll be responsible for shaping our brand's digital voice, managing content calendars, and producing scroll-stopping video content for multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team and help tell compelling stories for MnM and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Manage content calendars and schedule regular posts to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and DMs in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and content themes.
Video Editing:
  • Edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
  • Repurpose raw footage into short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, web) content.
  • Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, and branding as needed.
  • Maintain organized video asset libraries and stay updated with the latest editing trends.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and project managers to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and video editing (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with graphic tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Experience working in a creative or media production environment is a bonus.
