US Truck Dispatching Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to play a vital role in our US truck dispatching operations, fostering successful partnerships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Interact with existing and potential clients within the US trucking industry to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
  2. Lead Development: Nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building to establish strong partnerships.
  3. Dispatch Coordination: Efficiently manage and coordinate truck dispatching operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  4. Liaison Role: Serve as a key point of contact between clients and the dispatching team, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  5. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through the implementation of strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  6. Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and refine dispatching processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues related to dispatching and customer satisfaction, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 months of experience in sales, preferably in US truck dispatching.
  2. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  5. Familiarity with dispatching software and logistics operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
  7. Knowledge of the US trucking industry is a plus, but not required.
  8. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
