
Growth Marketing Manager

SpotlightGB is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in the UK, specializing in SEO, PPC, SMM, AI Call Agents, Web Development, and Branding. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own our client acquisition engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on performance, outbound marketing, funnel building, and rapid experimentation.
As a growth-minded marketer, you should be capable of scaling client acquisition systems, managing performance ad campaigns, and executing outreach strategies, all while delivering results under pressure and iterating quickly. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a significant role in scaling an ambitious agency, this is the role for you.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Manage cold email campaigns via tools like Instantly.ai, Clay, or Apollo.
- Run LinkedIn outreach automation & messaging using tools such as Expandi and Dripify.
- Oversee AI agent scripting & outbound strategy for lead generation.
- Paid Ads Management:
- Launch and scale Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to optimize ad performance.
- Continuously test creatives, copy, and landing pages for improved results.
- Sales Funnel Ownership:
- Build & optimize landing pages using tools like GoHighLevel or Webflow.
- Manage CRM systems (HubSpot / GHL) to track pipeline, leads, and conversions.
- Set up automation workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Reporting & Scaling:
- Analyze KPIs and ROI across different marketing channels.
- Provide weekly reports with clear next steps and actionable insights.
- Work closely with the founder to refine offers, processes, and strategic direction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven success in B2B lead generation or agency growth.
- Expertise in running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and cold outbound strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GHL) and automation tools.
- Comfortable working independently with clear KPIs and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with or in digital agencies.
- Knowledge of AI tools for outreach or lead generation.
- A strong design sense for landing pages and creative input.
- Sales or closing experience.
- Fully remote role.
- Fast-paced, results-driven team with a no-nonsense approach.
- Direct exposure to scaling a 6-figure agency to 7 figures.

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan time), Monday to Saturday.
