Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to drive sales growth and improve brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and real estate, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and improve brand awareness;
  • Managing and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, including ROI and conversion rates;
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and real estate;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders;
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on marketing activities and results.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field, such as Communications or Real Estate;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or real estate-related role, preferably with a focus on sales and revenue growth;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
