Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria :

- PhD Scholars in research phase or MS final year / qualified candidates (preferably with research experience).

- Candidate must have a degree or academic background in Social or Management Sciences.

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior publication / fieldwork experience.

Key roles and responsibilities:

As a scholar of management degree with skills in research (both quantitative and qualitative), the job requires the engagement in research to fulfil following tasks.

1. Develop literature review.

2. Collect empirical data (both quantitative and qualitative)

3. Analyse data (both quantitative and qualitative)

4. Liaison with project internal and external stakeholders

5. Support in conducting the workshops

Required Skills:

1. Understanding of SPSS and NVIVO

2. Strong analytical skills qualitative and quantitative data.

3. Data presentation and analysis

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, hardworking, ability to meet deadlines, and willing to work both in a team environment and independently.

5. Sensitivity to issues specific to disability
